1. Live & Louder Streaming

1.1 What is Live & Louder?

1.2 Is Live & Louder like Netflix?

There are similarities. Like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime, Live & Louder gives you on-demand access to a video library whenever you want it.

But Live & Louder is built around live cricket first: every ball of the CPL & WCPL, plus classic CWI matches, other cricket from around the world, podcasts, and Caribbean culture — all in one place.

2. Membership

2.1 How do I purchase a membership?

Live & Louder memberships can be purchased at watch.liveandlouder.com.

You can browse the platform and see what's available before registering, with some content accessible for free.

2.2 What membership plans are available?

Live & Louder currently offers two membership plans:

Season Pass

$40 USD

Full access for around two months (4 August – 21 September 2026). Includes a free 7-day trial. After this window, you'll still be able to log in, but only to content connected to the CPL & WCPL.

Annual

$60 USD / year

Full access for 12 months, billed as a single upfront payment. Includes a free 7-day trial. Automatically renews each year. Cancel anytime.

2.3 How does the free trial work?

New members get a 7-day free trial on either plan. If you cancel within the first 7 days, you won't be charged anything.

If you don't cancel, you'll be automatically billed for your chosen plan at the end of the trial — $40 for the Season Pass, or $60 for Annual, which then renews each year.

2.4 Changing your subscription plan

You can upgrade your plan at any time via your account page at watch.liveandlouder.com.

If you've purchased a Season Pass ($40) and want to upgrade to Annual membership, you'll pay an additional $20 — bringing your total to $60, the full Annual price.

2.5 Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your Live & Louder membership at any time via your account page at watch.liveandlouder.com. Go to Account → Subscription and select cancel.

If you cancel before your billing period ends, you'll keep full access until the end of your current subscription period. For example, if you cancel an Annual membership on 20 January having started it on 1 January of the previous year, you'll keep access until midnight on 31 December.

The Season Pass is a one-time payment for a fixed period and does not auto-renew, so there's nothing to cancel once your free trial window has passed.

All subscriptions are non-refundable, as you get immediate access to our live content upon subscribing.
