Refund Policy
Effective date: 20 August 2026 | Last updated: 20 August 2026
Version 1.0
This Refund Policy explains when you may be entitled to a refund for the Live & Louder subscription video service (the "Service"). It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms and Conditions, and capitalised terms used here have the meaning given in the Terms and Conditions. The Service is provided by Live & Louder Productions Limited ("Live & Louder", "we", "us" or "our").
1. Key points
1.1 Subscriptions renew automatically. The Annual Subscription renews automatically. By purchasing it you acknowledge and agree that it will renew at the then-current price and that your payment method will be charged for each renewal until you cancel.
1.2 Refunds are the exception. Except as set out in this Policy or as required by mandatory law in your Territory, all fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds where you have accessed or streamed Content.
1.3 We can verify usage. We are able to verify streaming and viewing activity on your Account using our platform tools. Several of the refund options below depend on no Content having been viewed, and we may rely on this data when assessing a request.
2. Annual Subscription — 5-day renewal grace period
2.1 When your Annual Subscription renews automatically, you have five (5) days from the renewal date to request a refund of the renewal fee.
2.2 A refund under clause 2.1 is available only if you have not watched or streamed any Content (including any live event) since the renewal date. If you have viewed any Content, or once the five (5) days have passed, the renewal fee is non-refundable.
3. Season Pass
3.1 The Season Pass is a fixed-term product, paid in advance, and does not automatically renew. It is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory law in your Territory.
4. Duplicate or double billing
4.1 If you have been charged on two separate Accounts for the Service and one of those Accounts has not been used (no streaming or viewing), you may request a refund of the fee on the unused Account. We will verify usage using our tools before issuing any refund.
5. Pay-Per-View (if and when offered)
5.1 Pay-Per-View is not available at launch. If we introduce Pay-Per-View, the following applies unless we state otherwise at the point of purchase.
5.2 Each Pay-Per-View purchase includes a viewing window of two (2) months. You may request a refund only if you have not viewed any Content within that window, including any video-on-demand (VOD). Once you have viewed any Content in the window, the Pay-Per-View fee is non-refundable.
6. Cancelled, abandoned or relocated events
6.1 If a match, event or series is cancelled, abandoned, postponed, curtailed, or moved off the Service, you are not entitled to any refund, credit or other compensation, except where required by mandatory law in your Territory.
7. Suspension or termination for breach
7.1 If we suspend or terminate your Account or your access to the Service because of your breach of the Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.
8. When refunds are not available
8.1 For clarity, and subject to your mandatory statutory rights, refunds are not available where, for example: you have actively used or streamed the Service outside the specific windows described in this Policy; you have changed your mind after viewing Content; or you did not cancel an auto-renewing Subscription before its renewal date (subject to the 5-day grace period in section 2).
9. How to request a refund
9.1 To request a refund, contact us at [email protected], quoting the email address on your Account and your order or transaction details. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 5 business days.
9.2 Approved refunds are made to your original payment method and are processed by us or our payment services provider.
10. Your statutory rights
10.1 Nothing in this Policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your Territory that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights.
